Tropical colour and chocolate pudding for breakfast
the only thing that makes this time of year with the heat and humidity bearable is the tropical colour in the garden... and a close up of the beautiful blooms The hidden orange gingers and a close up of those blooms.... this is also the season for tropical fruits, my lychee tree has not produced any fruits after the pruning, but a neighbor gave me a large bag, and there are always pawpaw, then mangoes, and at the markets I bought a black sapote - also known as chocolate pudding fruit - great with yoghurt and granola for breakfast! It is too hot to garden - but luckily these tropical plants can just fend for themselves while I make snowflakes int he aircon!
